The teacher in the Public Law Branch, Prof. Diaa Abdullah Abboud, chaired the discussion committee for the master’s thesis, tagged ((objective legal regulation for the husband’s coercion of his wife to commit adultery, a comparative study)). The thesis aimed to analyze one of the serious social issues that have a great impact on the existence and entity of the family, which represents the nucleus of society. The thesis reached a number of important results and recommendations, the most important of which is the need to address the case of the husband’s coercion of his wife to commit adultery through legislation that objectively addresses this issue.
