A teacher at the College of Law participates in the International Conference for the Recovery of Stolen Funds in Baghdad
Dr. Ali Hamza Asal Al-Khafaji participated in the International Conference for the Recovery of Stolen Funds, which was held in Baghdad under the auspices of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi and in the presence of the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, in addition to the presence of a number of ministers of justice, heads of judicial councils and supervisory bodies, and a number of representatives of associations, organizations and legal figures.
Prof. Dr. has participated in his research tagged “legislative vision in the mechanism of recovering looted and usurped funds.”
Through which he put forward many legislative mechanisms and legal opinions that chart the way to return the looted funds legally and in accordance with international laws and norms.
