Karbala University discusses a master’s thesis for a student who passed away, entitled (The Right to Reproduction)

Karbala University discussed the thesis of the deceased master student Ali Nasser Sawadi in the College of Law, Special Branch, entitled (The Right to Reproduction, A Comparative Study in Islamic Jurisprudence).
God the candidate student passed away before discussing his thesis and the college took the official fundamental measures to discuss his thesis, so Prof.
The thesis aimed at clarifying the justifications for the right to procreation, its nature, and the need to protect it in the law.
The researcher reached a set of results and recommendations that aim to protect this right in line with Islamic jurisprudence.
And I decided to accept the letter with a very good grade, amidst an aura of sadness for the loss of the late deceased, God willing.
