The College of Law holds a training course for publishing in Scopus and Clarivate
The College of Law held a training course on publishing in international containers and discreet journals for a period of three days the period from 26-28/6/2021 and on the classroom platform meet program, and Dr. Akil Karim Zughayer and Dr. Asma Abdel-Kazim and m. Sabah Imran Al-Tarifi. The course targeted postgraduate students (Masters + Ph.D.) in the college.
The objective of the course was to learn about international platforms such as Scopus and Clarivate, and reputable journals with a high Impact Factor and the conditions for publishing in them, as well as explaining how to write sober research and what are the requirements for publishing in reputable international journals and removing everything that hinders it. The course has reached the importance and impact of these global containers and sober journals in classifying researchers, universities, and academic institutions, emphasizing and urging researchers to publish in these containers to keep pace with the latest scientific and academic developments so that our university ranks among the most prestigious international universities.
