The College of Law at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis in the Private Law Branch for the student (Amira Hamza Kazem Abboud) tagged the flexible legislative drafting of the rules for conflict of laws on Thursday, 2/25/2021, at the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini in the college.

The thesis aims to know and define the specificity of legislative flexibility in the process of drafting conflict-of-laws rules and their role in resolving disputes involving a foreign component. The letter reached a number of conclusions and recommendations that contribute to developing the rules for conflict of laws and limiting conflicts, which are reflected in the development of society.
