Al-Saadi chairs a discussion committee at Al-Mustansiriya University
Prof. Dr. Aqil Majeed Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law / University of Karbala, chaired a committee for discussing a master’s thesis with the title (Open Skies and its Impact on the Development of Air Transport ,, a comparative study ,,) for private law student Ali Abdul-Malik Ali, on Monday 14/9/2020 at the hall The martyr Dr. Montazer in the College of Law / Al-Mustansiriya University,
The discussion committee consisted of:
Prof. Aqil Majeed Kadhim as Chairman
Prof. Rabab Hussain Kashkool, Member
Prof. Siham Sawadi Tohme, member
Prof. Dr. Batoul Sarawah Abbadi, member and supervisor.
After an in-depth discussion of the content and content of the thesis, the committee took into consideration the efforts made by the student in preparing and writing the thesis and selecting him as a vital topic worthy of research and his use of scientific and legal sources and references and the intensity of his defense of his thesis.
The committee decided to accept the thesis and recommend granting him a master’s degree.
The philosophy of choosing the presidency of the committee and its members who are known for their scientific, competence and practical experience comes to guarantee the sobriety of scientific research in Iraqi universities that occupy a distinguished scientific position in the scientific and research circles in the world.
