Despite the health conditions and the risks of the epidemic spread that threatens our province and our dear country, the Deanship of the Faculty of Law / University of Karbala and its teaching and career staff confirm that they are moving forward in the scientific process in a way that serves science, the country and humanity, with this clear vision and steady steps the college continued to discuss the messages and theses it requested in higher studies and on the blessing God, on Sunday 18/4/2020, a discussion of the student’s thesis (in the role of Salem Mahdi) tagged (the legal center for units in the federal state / a study in the rules of international law) took place at Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini’s hall in the college and using technical means Electronic and the discussion committee consisted of:
1- Prof. Sulafa Tariq Al-Shaalan / University of Qadisiyah / College of Law / President.
2- Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shaker Salman / Karbala University / College of Law/member.
3- Prof. Dr. Nuri Rashid Nuri / University of Karbala / College of Law/member.
4- Prof. Dr. Salah Jabir Saddam / University of Karbala / College of Law/member and supervisor.
After discussion, the committee took into consideration the scientific efforts exerted by it, its use of references, its defense of its mission, its method of research, and the results it achieved, and it was decided to grant it a master’s degree with a completed degree.
