Professor Diaa Abdullah Al-Asadi, Professor of Criminal Law at the College of Law / University of Karbala, gave a lecture entitled (The Information Crimes Law is a legislative necessity or a restriction of freedoms)
Which was set up by the Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) and the Hall of Peace, and the lecture concluded, after the interventions of specialists and attendees, to important results that were summarized by deleting some paragraphs, amending others and adopting the legal formula in legislation.
