The Special Branch of the College of Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss a draft master’s thesis submitted by a postgraduate student (Sajjad Jaafar Musa) and tagged (a university student’s civil responsibility for destroying the property of educational institutions: a comparative study).
The Scientific Committee in Private Law discussed the research project and expressed its directives to the student. It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of scientific research and others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the fundamental issue in the research. Detectives that have been allocated to it in a sound systematic manner
