For the second time, Professor Al-Busaisi wins the third place for research writing.
Prof. Dr. Salah Jabir Saddam, Professor of International Law at the College of Law / University of Karbala, won for the second time in the fourth research writing competition in Arabic on the topic of confronting (Covid 19) held by the International Committee of the Red Cross / Regional Office of International Humanitarian Law in Cairo.
The research presented by Professor Al-Busaisi entitled (Humanitarian dealing with the bodies of the dead in light of the Corona pandemic, a comparative study with Islamic law) was among 40 research papers by researchers, university professors and students (PhD / MA …. ..) and from 11 countries Arabic, and the Red Cross website published these results on October 7, 2020.
This victory was the second after he won the third research competition in his paper entitled (The Geneva Conventions Response of 1949 to the Use of Artificial Intelligence Weapon Systems in Armed Conflicts) last month.
The Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Aqil Al-Saadi, congratulated Prof. Dr. Salah Al-Busaisi for this achievement, which enhances the balance that the College has reached in its scientific and research bid, wishing him and all the professors of the College of Law / University of Karbala good luck
