The President of the University, Prof. Bassem Nayel Al-Saidi, attended the discussion of his doctoral thesis in the Faculty of Law tagged (balance and cooperation between the central authority and local governments) for the student Haider Haddawi. He was received by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Zia Al-Asadi.
