The Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Diaa Abdullah Aboud Al-Asadi, chaired the discussion committee for the master’s thesis tagged ((the criminal responsibility of the non-employee for crimes of financial and administrative corruption – a comparative study -)) for the student “Ohood Manan Bejay” at the College of Law, the University of Al-Qadisiyah on Wednesday corresponding to ( 11/5/ 2022). The thesis carried legal, philosophical, and logical dimensions in which the researcher clarified the concept of criminal responsibility for non-employees (the private sector) for crimes related to financial and administrative corruption and the resulting penalty.
