Publication of the book (The Role of Forensic Evidence in Evidence) for a teacher at the Faculty of Law
The book The Role of Forensic Evidence in Proof was published for the teaching at the College of Law / University of Karbala, Dr. Salem Nima Rashid Al-Taei
The research is divided into an introduction and three chapters.
In the first chapter, he touched on the nature of semantic detection in terms of its definition, linguistically and idiomatically, its importance and distinguishing it from other procedures (inspection and reconfiguring the accident) and the idea of semantic detection.
In the second chapter, he reviewed the judicial persons to conduct the evidence detection and the primary and secondary person.
While he dealt in the third chapter the effect of revealing evidence in strengthening the judge’s conviction of the authority of revealing the evidence and its evidentiary power and its impact on the confession of the accused, and also the cases of violation of the conditions of disclosure of evidence and the consequences thereof,
The book included the researcher’s conclusions and suggestions.
