A seminar entitled “Legal liability for the victims of the ferry sinking in the Tigris”
The General Branch at the Faculty of Law – Karbala University held a seminar titled “Legal Responsibility for the Victims of the Drowning in the Tigris River” at 1:00 pm on Monday, 25/3/2019. And then open the door to questions and interventions to discuss them. The lecturer explained the problems and the existing possibilities and what is the legal adaptation and the closest articles of the Iraqi Penal Code that can be applied to the right of the defaulters.
